	We understand . . .
	Choosing and installing your new kitchen is one of the most important decisions you will make in your home for the next number of years. We therefore believe that it is important to spend time and get it right. Our designers will help you establish a budget and work within it, making selections based on product quality, aesthetics and guidelines that you have mutually determined. There are many design choices that can be made to keep a project within budget. Below there is a short description of the process involved in designing and installing your kitchen.


	Planning:
	Kitchen planning is complex and everyone has individual needs. Therefore each kitchen must be individually designed and specified to suit the needs of the home owner. The first stage therefore is to specify your requirements and we have included a survey sheet to aid you with this portion of the project. You may also bring your "wish list." Chances are, if you're building a new home or planning to remodel, you've been making lists. Show us your pictures you've saved of ideas you like. This helps us visualize what you imagine your new space will look like. Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words. - Take Our Kitchen Survey
	Designing:
	Your kitchen designer will dedicate time showing you products and determining your requirements. Your kitchen design will be a combination of the materials you like and the storage solutions that suit your needs. The design phase of the project is the most important and can therefore take some time. You should allow one to two months for this phase.
	Ordering:
	Three select styles of cabinetry are in-stock at our warehouse in Decatur. For special or custom orders your kitchen will need to be ordered three to six weeks in advance of installation.
	Installation:
	Your kitchen will be installed at a date which is agreed with you. We always recommend that our kitchen fitters are the last trade's people on site as they are installing furniture which needs to be treated with care. As the granite, quartz, and solid surface need to be templated following kitchen installation, they will be installed approximately one week later.
	Post Installation Service:
	Creations by Quality have a dedicated customer service department who will respond quickly to any queries you have following installation.
